  • Your name and contact details (email, phone)
  • Your UK postcode and property type
  • The services you're interested in
  • Any details you choose to share about your property and existing setup

We do not collect special-category data and we do not ask you to send photos of your property through our website.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange a site survey or quote
  • To deliver the work you've asked us to do
  • To send you transactional emails (e.g. enquiry confirmation, appointment details)
  • To keep records required by UK tax and consumer-protection law

Our lawful bases are: (a) your consent when you submit a form, (b) performance of a contract when you become a customer, and (c) our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business.

We only share your information with service providers who help us run this website and deliver our service. These currently include:

  • Our hosting and database platform (Supabase / Lovable Cloud)
  • Our email-sending platform used for transactional emails

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 3 years from your last contact, so we can answer follow-up questions and warranty issues. Customer records (invoices, network documentation) are kept for 7 years to meet UK tax requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain uses. Email info@countrysidewifi.com and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
