About these terms
These terms govern your use of the countrysidewifi.com website and any services provided by Countryside WiFi ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and pricing
Any prices shown on this website are indicative starting points. Your final price will be confirmed in a written quote after a site survey. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
The £99 Network Health Check fee is payable on the day of the visit. If you proceed with recommended installation or upgrade work within 6 months, the £99 is credited against the cost of that work.
Bookings, cancellations and access
Site surveys and installation appointments are arranged by agreement. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. You're responsible for ensuring safe access to the property and any areas where work needs to be carried out.
Installation work
We carry out installations to the specification agreed in the written quote. We will discuss any required changes with you before proceeding. We use trade-grade equipment and aim for tidy, documented work suitable for the property.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due within 7 days of completion. Larger projects may require a deposit, which will be set out in the quote.
Warranty and support
Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from installation. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Faults caused by power surges, lightning, third-party changes or physical damage are not covered.
Third-party services
Where your setup depends on third-party services (Starlink, fibre or mobile broadband providers, manufacturers' cloud platforms, etc.), we cannot guarantee the availability or performance of those services. We integrate with them but do not control them.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to that, our total liability for any single project is limited to the price paid for that project.
Consumer rights
If you're engaging us as a consumer, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

Starlink® and SpaceX® are registered trademarks of Space Exploration Technologies Corp. Ubiquiti® and UniFi® are registered trademarks of Ubiquiti Inc. Countryside WiFi is an independent installer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of these companies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
